Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline:

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3–7 working days depending on your location.
  • Orders are shipped via trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • We do not ship on Sundays or national public holidays. Shipping Charges (India):
  • We charge a flat shipping fee of INR 150 on all domestic orders under INR 1,499.
  • Free shipping is available on all domestic orders above INR 1,500.
    International Shipping:
  • International orders are accepted and fulfilled from our central hub.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
  • Yoroveda is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or unclaimed packages.
Return & Refund Policy

Our 100% Happiness Commitment: At Yoroveda, we care deeply about your wellness experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your first-time purchase, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at care@yoroveda.com within 24 hours of delivery explaining the issue with
    your order. Include your Order ID and clear photos if the product was damaged or
    incomplete.
  2. Return the unused product in original packaging to the address we provide.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service.
  4. Once received and inspected by our team, your return will be processed.
  5. Approved returns will be refunded as Reward Points to your Yoroveda account within 15 working days.

Note: Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases. Sale items and opened/used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged / Missing Products

If you receive an order in damaged condition or find any product missing:

  • Refuse to accept tampered packages at the time of delivery.
  • Immediately email care@yoroveda.com or call +91-9650634039 with images and your Order ID.
  • Missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Yoroveda will arrange a replacement at no additional cost upon confirmation.
Exchange & Quality Issues
  • For quality concerns or dissatisfaction with a product, you may request an exchange by writing to care@yoroveda.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • Returns/exchanges are subject to Yoroveda’s quality check and approval.
  • Refunds will not cover return shipping fees or claims made after 30 days.
